About Scott Tom

With business administration and management-focused degrees under his academic belt, Scott Tom co-founded a Korean based software development firm that went on to operate in six countries and employ a workforce of over 500 professionals.


Established in 2002, Scott Tom’s software development and client service provider firm fostered foreign market expansion as an innovative technologies entrepreneur in the international sector. Demonstrating able leadership abilities during his executive tenure, Tom integrated explicit industry knowledge with a sharp sense of business acumen, effectively enhancing product development and consistency, procedural capabilities, and increasing profits while concurrently improving customer and client satisfaction. Scott Tom was also influential in generating effective growth strategies, revamping infrastructure plans, and managing budgetary outlook.


Outside of his professional duties, Scott Tom dedicates personal time and energy toward various benevolent endeavors. In support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Tom conceived the annual “Lakeshore Golf Open” charity event alongside his father. Scott Tom most recently oversaw the inception of a program to restore The Salvation Army in Costa Rica, an organization that has been suffering from lack of funding and poor facilitates. With generous funding and hard work on behalf of Tom and other volunteers, The Salvation Army of Costa Rica now feeds over 100 homeless people on a daily basis. Tom also developed the website give.cr that collects charitable contributions in support of underprivileged children, emergency relief efforts, the Red Cross, and countless other charities.
