A Michigan native and successful Bay Area recruiting professional, Scott Robarge began his career as an agency recruiter. In 2011 and 2012, he consulted with the venture capital firm Greylock Partners. While at Greylock he partnered with specific portfolio companies to identify and introduce the talent necessary for them to advance their business objectives. These companies included investments in consumer, enterprise, and infrastructure focused organizations of all sizes.
While he primarily focuses on identifying and recruiting specific talented professionals for engineering, sales, and products business units, Scott Robarge possesses a wide spectrum of additional expertise. Over the course of his career, in addition to co-founding and building a boutique recruiting company during the IT explosion in the late 1990s, and thus having a deep understanding of agency recruiting, he also spent over six years in a corporate environment.
