Scott Morrissey

Scott began his working career in 1995 as a trainee accountant with Alexander Layton Chartered Accountants.

In 1998 he moved to HFS Loans as a sales agent. He was soon recognised as one of the top performing sales agents and in Sept 1999 was promoted in to the mortgage department as a mortgage adviser.

 

Scott was in this role for 4 years and was the top performing adviser. In early 2003 he became fully CeMAP qualified. Shortly after this he was promoted to Team Manager where he was able to pass on the skills he had learnt to his advisers. His team was very quickly recognised as the top performing team.

 

In August 2006 he left this role to become a founder/director of Solution Mortgages Limited which specialises in impaired credit mortgages/remortgages, commercial finance, equity release and secured loans. He has just recently become CeRER qualified which means he can give advice on Equity Release.
