Scott Bassinger JD

 

Scott Bassinger holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Willamette University College of Law. Prior to earning his legal degree, Mr. Bassinger attended Oregon State University, from which he received a Bachelor of Science. He also possesses a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Admitted to practice law in state courts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, Scott Bassinger presently belongs to both the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association.

 

Scott Bassinger has more than 18 years of legal experience. He is the President of Scott G. Bassinger, P.C. Mr. Bassinger typically represents business owners and other corporate and commercial interests. Specifically, the Eugene, Oregon-based firm tends to concentrate on issues surrounding business law, estate planning, real estate, and commercial litigation. Among a spectrum of business services, Scott Bassinger offers counsel regarding construction agreements, employment agreements, leasing, dissolution, liquidation, and business formation.
