Sascha Henry is a partner at the Los Angeles office of law firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, where she defends clients in consumer class action lawsuits and complex business litigation. For her achievements in the field, Sascha Henry has garnered several awards, including listing in the Daily Journal’s 2012 and 2014 Top Women Lawyers lists and the 2012 Attorney of the Year honor from The Recorder.
A co-chair of the Sheppard Mullin food and beverage defense team, Ms. Henry’s class action litigation experience includes arguing on behalf of national restaurant chains and supplement manufacturers in false advertising suits brought against them. She has prevailed or received favorable outcomes for clients entangled in complex business trials, including an insurer deceived by a policyholder and lenders defrauded by borrowers. In addition, Ms. Henry has represented clients involved in litigation relating to the Unfair Competition Law, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, privacy rights, and sovereign immunity.
Sascha Henry graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Currently, she is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and she serves on the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Board of Governors. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
