OBJECTIVE

I am an IT graduate who has worked in previous technical support role where I have utilized both my interpersonal and communication skills.  I am able to effectively troubleshoot both hardware and software, work confidently under pressure to meet deadlines and I have experience in dealing with difficult situations in a professional manner. I have continued my interest in computing and new technologies by completing a self funded training course focused in technical support.
