I am a part of Global Sales and Leadership hiring team responsible for recruiting senior executives in the Sales, Delivery, Support and Management functions across all the verticals and horizontals within the organization.

 

Being a part of the core team implementing strategy and systems for Sales and Leadership hiring, I have gained significant experience in

 

- Full lifecycle recruiting

- Collaboration across all levels – business unit heads, subordinates, management team as well as senior global leaders within the Company

- Sourcing for Sales / Business Development and Leadership positions using advanced search techniques in locating active and passive candidates through traditional & non-traditional resources such as; job boards, internet, blogs, discussion forums, homepages, specialty groups, free online databases, alumni websites etc

- Managing internal and external networks

- Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and pre-screening the candidates once identified as a shortlist.

- Managing the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Organizing leads and documenting post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.

- Extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Syntel Inc compensation policy.

- Immigration / Visa transfers whenever required

- Managing vendor relationships and drive their performance to achieve organizational goals.
