About Sam Barouki
Sam Barouki’s notable career began as the youngest Branch Manager, at age 25, ever hired by Countrywide Financial Corporation, now part of Bank of America Corporation. As Branch Manager, Mr. Barouki oversaw a monthly budget in excess of $1 million. He managed a team of more than 35 mortgage officers and supervised the loan production and lending of $20 million per month. Under his leadership, the branch rose into the ranks of the top 20 percent of the company’s branches in loan production in the United States. In 2009, Sam Barouki left Bank of America for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., where he also served as Branch Manager.
Sam Barouki’s career has continued to rise, culminating in his current position as Director of Client Relations with Polaris Energy, based in Milan, Italy. Polaris is a dynamic alternative energy firm that seeks to ensure returns to its investors by financing and promoting the production of clean energy. In his current position, Sam Barouki manages an investment advisor team and works on various aspects of business development, including marketing.
Sam Barouki graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach. Mr. Barouki immediately followed his first degree with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with an option in Sport Management from the same school, graduating in 2005. After working in the banking industry for several years, Mr. Barouki returned to school, attending Walden University, where he is studying for a Doctor of Business Administration, specializing in international business. Mr. Barouki expects to graduate in 2013. In the meantime, Sam Barouki continues to distinguish himself, both academically and in the arena of international business.
