9Round is a 30 Minute kickboxing fitness gym. We have 9 rounds in the circuit with each round taking 3 minutes. 30 seconds in between each round where you will do an active exercise before heading to the next round. That will happen for each round and when completing all 9 rounds, 30 minutes will have expired and you can burn up to 400-500 calories. There is an onsite trainer so you do not need to know anything about working out or kickboxing. Here is a list of some of what our gym offers.
