Ronnie Kroll has taken an active role in improving Central Texas through his charitable, civic, and professional pursuits. He is a founding member of the Greater Waco Advanced Manufacturing Academy as well as of the Connally Independent School District Education Foundation in Waco, which seeks to recognize the contributions of exceptional school district staff members and make sure the community is involved in creating quality educational opportunities for Connally students. Ronnie Kroll is also a founding member of the McLennan 100 Club, which supports the families of Texas law enforcement officers killed while on duty.
Outside of his civic engagements, Ronnie Kroll maintains a strong interest in sustainable construction. As a member of ASHRAE (formerly known as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers), he supports sustainability and energy efficiency. Ronnie Kroll is also renewing his Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, or LEED, credentials. LEED certifies buildings that meet standards designed to reflect best-in-class environmental construction techniques, with teams able to select from a variety of rating systems depending on the needs of their projects.
Professionally, Ronnie Kroll oversees daily operations at Pinnacle. His responsibilities range from coaching and mentoring junior members of the executive team to monitoring the cash flow of the company in conjunction with his office manager. Kroll also takes care of major negotiations and offers financial and technical advice to partners. He maintains responsibility for executing contract documents, reviews project costs on a weekly and monthly basis depending on project scope, and manages the company’s risk across various jobs.
