The full-service real estate and investment company serves Omaha and Council Bluffs, Nebraska, and areas in Iowa. Guardian Real Estate manages about 1,000 apartment units, while Roger Hale has ownership interest in more than 130 apartment units and over 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
Roger Hale has 11 years of experience in tax credit compliance and portfolio supervision, and he has spent 16 years in property management. During his tenure at Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale has supervised and evaluated portfolios comprising a diversity of properties. The largest conventional property that he has worked with comprised over 250 tax credit apartments. Hale has effectively improved the performance of all properties that he has managed and has formed beneficial relationships with housing agencies such as the Douglas County Housing Authority, the Bellevue Housing Authority, and the Omaha Housing Authority.
Roger Hale is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nebraska and Iowa. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Hale is a member of the Rho Epsilon Fraternity, a real estate honor society.
Concurrent with his work with Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale has taken advantage of opportunities to improve his management techniques and has participated in a professional development program hosted by the Omaha Police Department. He completed the Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program, which teaches property owners how to reduce violence, drug abuse, and other criminal activities within multi-housing units.
Before his current position with Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale worked for the Seldin Company, where he held responsibility for administering and marketing a tax credit portfolio. His contributions to the company resulted in higher property values, increased unit occupancy rates, and more satisfied customers.
