About Rob Semaan
Rob Semaan - Professional Summary:
Rob Semaan began cultivating his future career as a businessman while still in high school. Motivated by the need to save money for an upcoming church mission, he found jobs as a service station attendant and a math tutor. Rob Semaan soon realized that he had the entrepreneurial acumen to operate his own businesses and make money. His first enterprise was a disc jockey service. He hired employees to play the music while he focused on marketing and finances. Within two years, Semaan sold the business for a handsome profit. He soon moved on to other small ventures including a home improvement business.
After completing his mission to South East Asia for the LDS church, Rob Semaan earned a scholarship to Bond University in support of his studies in commerce and law. Semaan chose this University because of its course curriculum geared towards instilling practical management and entrepreneurship experience in students. During his time at Bond University, Rob Semaan earned high marks and placed on the Vice-Chancellor’s or the Dean’s list each semester. Additionally, he won several commerce and law awards. On top of his studies, Semaan functioned as Vice President of the Law Students’ Association where he led his colleagues in revitalizing the organization.
Rob Semaan cultivated further entrepreneurial skills during his time as a college student. He co-founded the Young Entrepreneurs Club, which is now affiliated with the Australian Institute of Management. 1995, Business Review Weekly named Rob Australian Business Student of the Year. Since graduation, Rob Semaan has functioned as founder and CEO of several start-ups, including Access US, fig., and 321 Studios.
