With a great deal of experience and associated qualifications in mechanical engineering, I have established myself as a competent and pragmatic engineering manager. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, reliable and conscientious with a ‘can-do attitude', I can be depended upon to achieve any resourced task. As a tried-and-tested resource manager, I have clarity of purpose and the drive and determination to meet customer requirements and resource limitations whilst maintaining emphasis on quality. Remote-managed up to 12 lift engineers and 2 technicians, in multi-site operations

2002-2005 Subject Matter Expert (Mechanical)
Project Development Office advising global companies (Bombardier, Airbus, Lockheed-Martin, BAe) to ensure all maintenance training correct for nominated systems

1997-2002 Senior Engineering Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Controller and Mechanical Trade Manager, responsible for over 40 engineering personnel across 5 trades

1988 - 1997 Aircraft and Trade Management
Aircraft Controller and the Mechanical Trade Supervisor and Unit Mobility Officer on the RAF's Rapid Reaction Squadron, responsible for the serviceability of 15 aircraft and the deployment of over 400 personnel on various operations world-wide.
