About Robert T. Harvey
Robert T. Harvey, owner and President of Harvest Petroleum, Inc., an oil and gas operator, graduated with a B.I.E. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Harvey’s management skills were augmented by his background in engineering, and before founding his own company, he enjoyed a dynamic career as a senior officer in several companies. Cultivating his leadership abilities as well as an understanding of various industries, Robert T. Harvey served as the Managing Director of Butcher & Singer, Senior Vice President of Jefferies & Company, and as Assistant to the Corporate Secretary for the International Nickel Company of Canada.
In addition to providing valuable expertise in these management positions, Robert T. Harvey has been an active investor in numerous start-up and early-stage companies in industries ranging from wireless and consumer products to biotechnology, enterprise storage networking hardware, and enterprise software. Mr. Harvey has raised over $80 million on behalf of these enterprises. A successful strategist, Robert T. Harvey has netted notable gains for shareholders in his investment ventures. Robert T. Harvey’s investment tips and advice have appeared in leading national publications, such as the Washington Post.
