About Robert Glasser Attorney
Robert Glasser is a divorce attorney and mediator whose legal career spans over 38 years. Attorney Robert Glasser has worked with thousands of clients and successfully mediated more than 1,400 cases personally. As a divorce attorney, Robert Glasser has been motivated to guiding divorcing partners to resolve their legal disputes outside of court. Robert Glasser has almost four decades of divorce attorney experience. Throughout his private practice and career, he has worked both within the court system and outside of the court system to attain peaceful problem-solving agreements that last.
Robert Glasser began his career after obtaining his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from UCLA. During his law studies, Robert Glasser was the recipient of several awards, including the American Jurisprudence Award and Moot Court Honors. Robert Glasser has experienced success on a national level as well. In the California Supreme Court, Glasser achieved a unanimous decision for his client. The ruling, now applicable nation-wide, allows state courts, instead of only federal courts, to decide on and divide retirement benefits in divorce cases. Robert Glasser has extensive experience and demonstrated skills guiding divorcing spouses through a mediation, litigation, or collaborative process. Robert Glasser has established several successful practices including Glasser and Associates, Glasser Mediation Services, and Newport Divorce Attorney, where he serves today as Managing Partner. Robert Glasser is actively involved in continuing legal education, plus he holds memberships with the Family Law Sections of the California Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
Robert Glasser is also a participant of the Rotary Club of Orange as well as an active member of the UCLA Alumni Association, Orange County Bruin Club, and Bruin Boosters. Glasser is a donor and fundraiser in support of the Flying Wheels and the Wooden Athletic Fund. He also donates to the General Israel Orphans Home for Girls and to UCLA Student Scholarships.
