About Robert Bader
For more than two and a half decades, Robert Bader has applied his extensive experience in brand marketing, customer research analysis, and business strategy development at numerous corporations. As Vice President of Market Strategy and Consumer Intelligence at Tampa, Florida’s OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, he utilized extensive consumer research to engineer a turnaround of the business fortunes of Outback Steakhouse in less than 18 months. Mr. Bader was employed in various capacities with The Coca-Cola Company, including overseeing Coca-Cola’s $720 million juice business, creating marketing strategies for Coca-Cola brands within Burger King, serving as the marketing channel for Coca-Cola’s hotel and casino business, and helping develop and launch two new brands, Fruitopia Strawberry Passion Awareness and Minute Maid Light Lemonade. In his time running Bader Associates, Inc., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Robert Bader assisted in the new product launches for Tylenol PM Gelcaps, Tylenol Extended Relief, Reach toothbrushes, and Johnson & Johnson dental floss. As Product Director at Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Robert Bader oversaw the product lines for feminine protection brands Sure & Natural and Carefree, worth a total of $170 million. In his 3-year tenure at the Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey, Robert Bader oversaw the $100 million line of frozen foods. For his work on Swanson Great Starts Breakfasts and Le Menu Frozen Dinners, the company awarded him the David Ogilvy Award for demonstrating excellence in marketing. Outside of his business career, Mr. Bader maintains an academic interest in behavioral economics, social psychology, and military history. Robert Bader is also an avid athlete; he competes in road races and enjoys boxing, biking, running, strength training, and swimming. He is a lifelong trumpet player as well.
