About Robert Aden
Miami resident Robert Aden, M.D. attended the University of Miami, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Public Affairs before enrolling at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine. Receiving his Doctor of Medicine in 1994, Dr. Robert Aden relocated to New York City in order to complete an internship and residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and its affiliated hospital, the Jacobi Medical Center. Dr. Robert Aden subsequently accepted a two-year fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the New York University (NYU) Medical Center, renamed the Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center in 2008. Following his fellowship, Dr. Robert Aden became a Clinical Instructor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and accepted an assistant professorship at the New York University School of Medicine.
After working with medical students for several years as well as treating patients at multiple hospitals in New York City, Dr. Robert Aden returned to Miami, where he continues to serve on the staff of the South Miami Hospital and the Baptist Hospital of Miami. Dr. Robert Aden works with patients through his private practice, Robert E. Aden, M.D., P.A., based in Miami. Dr. Robert Aden is certified to perform thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration, as well as bone densitometry. Dedicated to staying current on the latest medical advancements, Dr. Robert Aden is actively involved with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, The Endocrine Society, and the American Diabetes Association.
