Mr. Richard D. Surber is currently the Chief Executive and Financial Officer of Nexia Holdings, Inc., a multi-faceted corporation that is publicly traded on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board under the stock symbol NXHD. Under Richard Surber's leadership, Nexia has expanded its operations to include a presence in retail, the health and beauty industry, and commercial real estate development. In addition to his work with Nexia, Richard Surber also serves as the President of Green Endeavors LTD, is making application to trade on the pink sheets under the symbol GRNE. Green Endeavors, which is the holding company for Nexia's varied salon and beauty operations, will be traded on the Pink Sheets in 2009. In addition to his substantial work in business, Richard Surber is a licensed attorney and a member of the California State Bar. Though primarily occupied with the management of Nexia Holdings, Richard Surber occasionally practices complex corporate and securities law. Richard Surber earned his law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Richard Surber also attended the University of Utah for his Bachelor's degree in Finance. Over the course of his career, Richard Surber has served in executive management positions for more than a dozen microcap companies.
