Richard's experience over the past 20 years has spanned operations, customer services & business development .  In the aviation industry he worked all over the world delivering change projects and reinvigorating struggling locations.  A spell in real estate and financial services followed before a move into the BPO marketplace.  He delivered numerous multi-million pound solutions across multiple channels over an 8 year period before establishing The Visual Perspective.

 

Richard now provides training and consultancy in Sales, Leadership and Communication.  The Visual Perspective specialises in using visual communication to reinforce messages. make the complex simple to understand and help improve engagement and understanding.
