About Reuben Katzen
Reuben is 26 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs in at, ahem, a certain weight, and loves sports. Even though he is Jewish, he believes that Heaven is one big ice-hockey rink, which is obviously the best life-after-death anyone could wish for. Likewise, his personal Hell would be a never-ending cricket test (incidentally, is it called a "test" because it is the ultimate test of nerves?).
Anyways, because Heaven is still, hopefully, far far away, Reuben has to do some other things in the meantime. He is currently studying industrial engineering at the Technion, which is Israel's technological institute. Industrial engineering is a broad field, perfectly matching his broad-minded career thoughts, which is just a nice way of saying that he doesn't really know what he wants to be when he grows up.
But to acquire some perspective on this issue and gain some valuable experience, he has been working for Cyclicom Holdings Ltd. since May '07, writing content for their sites at first and now doing QA work, learning the Internet industry bit-by-bit, byte-by-byte. He can't say enough about how much fun it is to work for a small, family-like company, as the friendly atmosphere is most important to him.
Reuben also enjoys reading, anything from novels to history volumes, and physical activities like basketball, soccer or just plain running. Skydiving and Capoera are interests he has yet to dive into, so to speak, but is constantly re-reconsidering them and putting them off.
