Nursing School Cost The Office of the Bursar bills and collects tuition and fees. In addition, this office processes and disburses all federal financial aid to students’ accounts and refunds any over-payments on a student’s account. The Bursar bills approximately four weeks prior to the semester start date. Out of pocket expenses are due one week prior to the 1st day of the semester.
