• ManagePoint: this is document management software which provides single text-searchable storage for all documents regardless of format such as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and JPEG documents. ManagePoint also provides integration and Add-ins for all common business tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, ERP and financial software.

• CapturePoint: this is document capture software enables bulk back-scanning of archived paper files and automatic filing into the Redmap Document Management system. There are two products which are CapturePoint for Forms and CapturePoint for Invoices for accounts payable automation.

• CaptureFile: this document capture software is used to automatically import existing electronic documents from shared network folders. The system can also be used to archive emails and attachments rather than storing them on the exchange server and taking up valuable space.
