About Ray Polly
Ray Polly, a veteran Private Investigator, has assisted businesses and law enforcement in preventing insurance fraud since the late 1970s. In addition, Ray Polly has been involved in a range of training activities, and he has co-written several manuals for the private investigation industry.
Ray Polly is a contributing author on manuals for surveillance, special investigations units (SIU), and field investigation training. Ray Polly has also conducted training for executing defense investigation procedures and techniques, presenting evidence, giving expert testimony, and writing investigative reports. Additionally, Ray Polly has served as an instructor of computer-based background investigations and other specialized research techniques.
With over 60,000 hours of experience, Ray Polly has assisted in AOE/COE (Arising Out of Employment/Course of Employment) investigations for the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). Ray Polly has also conducted liability and undercover investigations related to drug abuse in the work place and loss prevention.
Ray Polly is the owner of OnVideo, a legal support services business, through which he conducts many of his investigations. Founded in 1991, OnVideo is located in Sun City, California, although Ray Polly has managed operations across the United States.

Ray Polly works with clients, conducts witness interviews, manages surveillance operations, creates professional reports, and obtains video and documentation.
