Randall Vogt - Professional Summary:   Randall Vogt received a Bachelor’s in History from the University of California, Davis in 1972. He continued his education with the Willamette University College of Law, located in Salem, Oregon. During this time, he worked on a dairy farm for financial support and eventually took a position with the Legislative Counsel Committee. In 1977, Randall Vogt achieved a Juris Doctorate with the university, as well as admittance to the Oregon State Bar. In 1980, he also became certified with the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon. Within a year of graduation, he had begun his own legal business, Randall Vogt, P.C., in Portland, Oregon. Randall Vogt has tried more than 100 juried cases, with 12 of them involving murder. In 1980, he earned his certification with the U.S. District Court in the District of Oregon. When a client of his wins a large settlement, Randall Vogt often refers them to Oregon 1031 Investments, which he uses for his own finances. His practice specializes in victims of sexual assault or abuse, and he provides all clients referred by the Sexual Assault Resource Center the opportunity to receive free representation. Vogt maintains professional involvement with many organizations, such as Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Multnomah Bar Association. While he is not working in the law firm, he volunteers with charitable organizations, including Portland Women’s Crisis Line.
