Automotive Workshop Manager (full time) - "The Autobridal Indonesia 11" Semarang – Jun 2005 till Now

It’s a franchise company which have 40 (fourty) branches in all over major cities in Indonesia, and they put trust in me to manage the 11th outlet in Jl Soekarno Hatta 277 Semarang. The main service of this workshop is snow car wash and car treatment, make up a car to get shine, clean and elegant looks. My job description is to supervise and controling operational activity, clerical tasks, financial report, logistics, employee matters and customer services. In this workshop, I’m a leader of 16 (sixteen) employee. During periods of working in this place, I have gained a great achievement, reached minimum 700 (seven hundred) car for treatment in a month, and its accelerated in the following months.


Supervisor (Part time) – Mini market REJEKI Semarang – August 2004 –May 2005

Approximately 10 (ten) months I have worked in this retail shop. Located in Public fasility of Dr.Kariadi Hospital in Semarang, my duties is to supervise consumer goods supply and to maintain good financial report.

Team leader (Part Time) – Shark Communication Event Organizer – Semarang – Oct 2002 – August 2004

For about 22 (twenty two) months I have worked in this event organizer which dealing with music concerts. My duties is as a leader of several division which its tasks is to find sponsorship, venue booking, negotiate with artist management, ensure accomodation, transportation and consumption needs, and at last, handling financial management of every event.
