Polaris Energy Managing Directors Mario Delecce and Basil Barouki both possess substantial experience working with major corporations around the world. Mario Delecce has served financial institutions such as Wells Fargo and Banca Sella S.p.A., while Basil Barouki pioneered the launch of several web-based companies and has experience in the financial services, real estate, and lending sectors.
Director Orkun Gulec previously served prominent corporations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Standardbank. Prior to joining Polaris Energy, Director Sam Barouki earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from California State University, Long Beach, and honed his financial management skills at Bank of America and Primary Residential Bank. Director Samuel Wilson possesses a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University and commands experience in business structuring, intellectual property, and entertainment law.
Working in close collaboration, the Polaris Energy management team identifies viable renewable energy investments and makes recommendations to interested investors. Once investors have chosen a particular field of interest, the firm arranges and executes the investment transaction and continues to provide support on an ongoing basis.
