Providing exclusive service to timeshare owners, Point Potential aides in the elimination of maintenance fees. Made up of a primary base of internationally experienced timeshare managers, the Point Potential management team understands the frustration of recurring monthly maintenance fees. To offset these ever-increasing fees, Point Potential acts as a third party, enabling owners to rent out their empty timeshare properties. It is Point Potential’s goal to provide this service to property owners, so that they do not need to worry about it. For many timeshare owners, much like a standard vacation property, their properties sit vacant for much of the year, and it is Point Potential’s job to generate income for owners during these periods, and in so doing, offsetting the high cost of maintaining such a property.

In full compliance with the Department of Real Estate, Point Potential team members are trained in all related timeshare products and services upon being hired. To stay current, Point Potential employees subsequently receive ongoing program updates. Point Potential is also part of the Better Business Bureau TrustLink (a subsidiary of BBB).

To best help their clients, the Point Potential process is implemented through first consulting each owner in order to address their strategic requirements. For point-based timeshare owners, annual “strategy” calls are made to discuss how to make the most of the points they have gained each year. Points are often times even utilized to cover other travel related expenses, including airfaire, car rental, and cruises.
