Always striving to incorporate systems of sustainable living via energy-efficient technologies, P.J. Mechanical Corp. has built a variety of structures that have been recognized with Gold and Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification. Most recently, the company has employed green technology in its renovation efforts of the Gotham Center. This 21-story office building, located in Long Island City, is en route to receive LEED certification for P.J.
