About Phil Bonang
Philip Bonang turned his love for the sea into a diverse career as an Educator and deep sea fishing boat Captain with over thirty years of instructional and oceangoing experience. Philip Bonang's teaching background augments his current role as Captain of the Alliwind and Owner of Mystic Fishing Charters.
Since 2004, Philip Bonang has shared his seafaring experience with thousands of Alliwind passengers. Philip Bonang has operated many boats throughout his career, but the Alliwind is the first charter boat to provide offshore kayak fly-fishing excursions along with a broad variety of sailing and fishing activities. Philip Bonang provides Alliwind passengers an opportunity to catch fish, haul lobster traps, and explore local regions such as Gardiner's Island, The Sluiceway, and The Gut.
