About Peter Navon
Since 2006, Peter Navon has held the title of Director of Sales for Corporate Coffee Systems (CCS), located in New York. In 2009, Filterfresh Coffee Service, Inc. recognized his contributions with a National Business Award.
Prior to joining CCS, Peter Navon graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Madison, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Shortly after receiving his degree, he joined a family-owned vending business in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
Subsequently, Peter Navon took the position of Mid-Atlantic Regional Operations and Sales Manager for Fancy Publications in Irvine, California, which is now known as BowTie, Inc. Among his achievements, he managed a field sales and merchandising team of more than 50 people. During his time with the company, he met and exceeded sales and market share goals in a territory spanning from Northern Virginia to Ontario, Canada.
Peter Navon is currently in charge of nine salespeople, an administrative assistant, and a telemarketing department. He created a program in which sales representatives have the opportunity to meet new business goals, and that offers bonus plans for telemarketers based on their new-lead generation. He is also responsible for negotiation, management of customer expectations, and sales tasks, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Peter Navon earned a Quality Coffee Certification in 2008, and is a valuable asset to Corporate Coffee Systems. CCS is now New York City’s second-largest corporate coffee service, offering products ranging from state-of-the-art equipment to candy and utensils.
Peter Navon is a member of the International Facilities Management Association and the National Automatic Merchandising Association. When he is not working, he may be reading historical fiction on the beach, golfing, discussing politics, or traveling. Among his favorite authors are Ken Follett and James Michener. Mr. Navon is also an avid cigar aficionado.
