As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nicholson Kovac, Inc., Mr. Pete Kovac is committed to providing exemplary advertising services to a broad range of clients. In his capacity as President and CEO, Pete Kovac defines Nicholson Kovac’s overarching business goals and ensures that his team meets them. Pete Kovac is well known among his peers and colleagues for his involved approach and creative ideas, and is popular with clients for his successful brand enhancement strategies.

Since taking the helm at Nicholson Kovac, Pete Kovac has won a number of honors and recognitions, including the Business Marketing Associations’ (BMA) 2004 Business-to-Business Communicator of the Year. Pete Kovac has also assisted Nicholson Kovac in attaining accolades, such as being named Business-to-Business agency of the Year two times within six years by Advertising Age’s BtoB Magazine.

Actively involved in the communications sector as a whole, Pete Kovac maintains memberships with a number of organizations. In addition to his honorary lifetime membership with the BMA, Pete Kovac is a member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), where he sits on the agency management committee. Pete Kovac also gives lectures about the industry in a variety of forums, including colleges, universities, and numerous organizations.

Prior to founding Nicholson Kovac, Pete Kovac served in a variety of executive roles with leading companies such as Fletcher/Mayo Associates and Valentine Radford. Pete Kovac also held positions in managing advertising and public relations for Conchemco.

Pete Kovac matriculated at the University of Kansas, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Pete Kovac enjoys spending time on his Colorado cattle ranch, where he raises hundreds of cattle. Ever the innovator, Pete Kovac plans to turn the ranch into an executive retreat.
