Pavlenka has 25 years hospitality management experience and ran her own restaurant in the late 1980's. This was followed by a lecturing career specialising in delivering managment and supervisory programmes to hospitality students as well as acting as personal tutor and mentor to new teachers and students.

 

Pavlenka qualified as a life coach in 2006, ( having trained with Achievement Specialists who are accredited by the European Coaching Institute) and has since worked with men and women from all walks of life to encourage, support and empower them to make the changes necessary to lead more fulfilling lives, both at work and at home.
