Engineer and leadership professional Paul Stepanoff has an extensive and full history of assisting companies in maximizing their revenue potential. Attending The Pennsylvania State University for his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, he subsequently returned to earn his Executive MBA and the title of class valedictorian. Paul Stepanoff then became employed as a Process Engineer for H-Oil and H-Coal Processes with Hydrocarbon Research, Inc., a Lawrenceville, New Jersey, company dealing in the development of synthetic crude oil.
From 1984 to 1995, Paul Stepanoff served as the Senior Principal Development Engineer for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., where he applied his talents in engineering to numerous projects within the areas of chemicals, gases, specialty gases, membranes, and fuels. During his tenure as a Senior Principal Development Engineer with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Paul Stepanoff facilitated the creation of an R&D partnership with the Russian Academy of Sciences, which cultivated an exchange of ideas and saved Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., more than $1 million annually.
Currently, Paul Stepanoff serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Penn Renewables, Inc., where he has worked since 2008. Previously, he filled a position as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Concept Group, Inc., a company focused on the development of technological innovations pertaining to hermetic seals and vacuum chambers. As the Chief Operating Officer of Penn Renewables, Paul Stepanoff oversees a variety of areas, managing the operations, sales, and engineering components of the company.
Paul Stepanoff’s leadership has resulted in an impressive 127 percent increase in revenue and a 225 percent increase in profit for 2009. Holding a Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania since 1987, Paul Stepanoff also possesses three United States patents and one foreign patent for his groundbreaking engineering work. Paul Stepanoff speaks fluent Russian, in addition to being an FAA-licensed private helicopter pilot.
