Having entered the executive search industry in 1993, his early career was spent with a leading telecoms focussed search business where he developed in a business consulting environment, with long-standing relationships created and significant successes achieved.
A secondment to the USA followed with a growing telecoms based search firm resulting in broad functional experience being gained while developing their North American operations.
Returning to the UK led to an Operational Board position with a pan-European firm backed by two leading private equity backed companies where he was responsible for building a telecoms focused executive search business.
Following a successful exit, Paul joined a leading International Search firm leading their Technology, Media & Telecoms division before forming his own business in 2003.
