Paula Longden - Professional Summary:     Paula has held a number of senior positions within the training profession over the last 18 years. Through an innovative partnership Paula has established two successful Companies in the last two years. Both Companies offer high quality support to individuals who wish to progress their career and also to companies who wish to develop their staff in order to meet business needs. She is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management which reflects her commitment to continually updating her skills and knowledge. Following on from Paula’s experience and qualifications as a vocational assessor she has recently updated her tutoring skills by successfully completing the Lantra Awards Instructional Techniques Course.

Paula’s approach to training delivery concentrates on ensuring personal development goals are achieved whilst keeping her training focused and enjoyable.
