Paula Hemani

Paula Hemani is a REALTOR with business and investment experience of twelve plus years. Her current endeavors have led her to Century 21 Elite Properties which is home to TeamConnect. Here she specializes in Luxury Homes in the Central Florida and the Dr. Phillips Areas.  Being on a team with seven Realtors (all of whom are family) allows Paula the flexibility to work with her clients and still enjoy quality family time with her family.  Teamwork is what TeamConnect is made of.

Paula prides herself on being a team player and putting her clients needs and wants first and foremost.  Her experience includes multitasking, research and project management, expert negotiator and a knack for finding the perfect home for each and every client she works with.

As a Resident of Dr. Phillips for the past 9 years, she finds that working within the community she lives allows her to carry her knowledge and experience on to her friends and neighbors.  Dr. Phillips has become very well known for being a great community with great schools. Having three children of her own and experiencing the elementary, middle and high school levels personally, Paula can in turn pass on her knowledge to you.
