Patrick Beharelle is a regular contributor with several staffing industry publications, and has been a featured speaker for many key staffing management events. A recognized thought leader in the recruiting and staffing industry, Patrick Beharelle is the Chief Executive Officer with SeatonCorp: a best-in-class $350 million staffing and recruiting company.

 

Operating under the brands of StudentScout, PeopleScout, and Staff Management, SeatonCorp was recently named one of Chicago's largest privately held companies. A leading staffing and recruiting firm, SeatonCorp has consistently reported double digit annual growth.

 

Before joining SeatonCorp, Patrick Beharelle was Senior Vice President in charge of Spherion’s RPO division, and prior to this he served many years with Accenture’s Strategy Formulation Practice as President & Co-Founder of a successful, venture-backed financial services provider., An Illinois State University alumnus, Patrick Beharelle received his MBA degree from The Wharton School.

 

Patrick Beharelle is also the proud father of two children. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, golf, and world-wide travel. He has currently traveled to more than 25 countries across the globe, and he also coordinates volunteer work in Appalachia.
