Oswyn Indra De Silva’s success in the investment and financial services industry can be traced back to his years as a General Proficiency Award-winning high school student at Ontario, Canada’s Taylor’s College. After graduating with straight “A”s, he matriculated at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he garnered the Joseph Jacobs Prize for Finance and a was a regular presence on the dean’s list. Earning his bachelor of commerce with a concentration in finance and accounting, Oswyn De Silva went on to accept duel positions as a real estate and regional telecommunications analyst with Credit Lyonnais Securities in Asia.
During Mr. De Silva’s two years with Credit Lyonnais, the financial publication AsiaMoney ranked his regional telecommunications research team third in its class. Oswyn De Silva would later serve as a portfolio manager for Foreign & Colonial Investments in the Netherlands and as a private equity representative for 4Ncapital Partners, Inc., in the United States and Singapore. He currently resides in Sydney, Australia.
