Professional Summary:
Ori Tal is a former Lieutenant with the Israeli Navy who completed his officer courses with honors. Mr. Tal also possesses a Bachelors degree in Economics and Law from Israel's University of Haifa. A member of the Israeli Bar Association, Ori Tal holds more than 10 years of experience in real estate and corporate law. He uses this expertise in his role as Chief Executive Officer of ESO Equity Group, a real estate holding company based out of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Ori Tal and ESO Equity Group specialize in the development of commercial and residential properties, specifically in Central Florida. Additionally, the company has experience with condominium conversions and the management of income-producing real estate like rental communities.
Ori Tal leads the company through many endeavors, building the relationships and managing the projects that help ESO Equity Group create transactions and opportunities. Mr. Tal has implemented a number of improvements, both external and structural, to many ESO Equity Group properties since he joined the company. For example, he raised the occupancy rates of some properties by 60 percent in only 2 years. Over the last 5 years, ESO Equity Group has converted more than 750 condos and 1 million square feet of property.
Ori Tal boasts proven success developing condominiums and commercial properties. ESO Equity Group has completed a number of recent projects, including the Sea Club, Coral Bay, Blue Wave, and Riverside condominiums. The company purchased The Galleria in Cocoa Beach and began converting it to a Mediterranean-style complex with 18,000 square feet of retail space and 25,000 square feet devoted to office space. ESO Equity Group renamed the property the Executive Tower and Plaza.
In addition to his real estate work, Ori Tal enjoys spending time with family and supporting cancer research.
