Ill Effects Of Free Radicals
Even though the free radicals are useful for the body as they are generated intentionally in order to counteract the bad effects of viruses and bacteria, they can be harmful in great amount than the good ones. In order to understand the importance of opc, it is essential to get familiar with the free radicals. On a minimum one unpaired electron is contained in a free radical. These free radicals can prove to be dangerous to the cells by causing harmful oxidizing effects due to their excess presence.
As they are having an unpaired electron, they possess the tendency to seize the electron from the other paired molecules to gain a balance thus causing damage to the useful molecules. Even the DNA is affected badly in the process of electrons seizing thereby causing problem with the reliability of the cells. These free radicals affect the various parts of the organs which can even lead to the wide array of degenerative health problems. These health problems include the cancer, heart disease, allergies, arthritis, muscular degeneration, and even early aging. But all the time the free radicals will not be harmful. They are generated when the energy gets produced known as the metabolic activity within the body. Every human body possesses the capacity to manage the free radicals with the help of the antioxidants but when its amount get increased in excess ,it becomes dangerous usually in the absence of the antioxidants like the OPC. OPC antioxidant is thus very essential to nullify the ill effects of free radicals.
