...Just a casual gathering to get to know who's doing business around here. No host bar, which means if you'd like something to eat or drink (wine, appetizers, etc.), you can order & pay on your own. Free parking on the street and nearby parking lots. Carpool when you can.
For those of you who may not have been to one of these yet, it's a very informal gathering for local women who own boutiques, restaurants, and galleries to meet the women who have their own freelance work including writers, graphic designers and web developers.That sort of thing. You get the point.
Other then being a women's event, there are no other rules, guides or obligations. No RSVP. Just show up if it works for you. Life is complicated enough. This doesn't have to be.
It's a chance to get to know one another. Talk about what you do. Find the PERFECT person for the job. Ask a few questions about what's working. Companies have been created at these Socials. People are promoting their businesses and other cool stuff is happening. I hope you'll be a part of it. No slimy sales pitch or weird lecture to listen to. Just a cocktail-style gathering of local women on a gorgeous patio in a resort town.
