Our services include the compilation of bespoke property inventories and schedule of condition & contents reports for a rented property; the professional checking in and out of tenants at the commencement and cessation of a residential rental agreement and interim visits to assess the condition of the property during the term of a tenant's occupancy.

Inventory Management & Industry Demand

The amendments made to the Housing Act on 6 April 2007 triggered a further demand for companies capable of delivering a truly independent inventory management service. Under the revised terms of the act, all deposits taken by landlords for Assured Shorthold Tenancies must be protected by a tenancy deposit protection scheme. This means that from the outset of any rental agreement, tenants and landlords are both strongly advised to have in place, a clear, fair and detailed inventory of the contents and condition of the property being rented. This document can be used to validate whether or not a tenant is entitled to a full or partial return of a deposit. Employing the services of a professionally trained independent inventory company to undertake this role avoids the risk of biased or misinformed reporting and will increasingly be regarded within the industry as best practice.

Because we demand such taxing high standards from our people, we operate a stringent and exclusive recruitment process. Our teams are carefully selected to ensure we consistently appoint high calibre, proficient personnel representative of our quality client base. All of our Inventory Clerks are required to attend the No Letting Go comprehensive in-house training programme designed to equip them with the required in-depth understanding of both the lettings and property inventory sectors. This training is followed up with practical hands-on shadowing of a qualified and experienced No Letting Go agent in the field to gain further experience and direct mentoring.

Opened for business in June 2009 to provide the same level of professionalism as elsewhere in the No Letting Go network to the Tunbridge Wells locality. We cover Kent, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood, Uckfield, Crowborough, Edinbridge and all surrounding villages and towns working in partnership with letting agents and estate agents.
