Business Transformation & Change Management | With expertise across all aspects of change management, learning design and development and internal communication, I provide a structured approach for change to individuals, teams, and organisations.
Using ICT as an enabler of change in business transformation, I work with management and employees to identify how; changing business processes and systems around CRM, ERP and business applications impacts on the daily business and their business vision.
Aware of the importance in managing the human dynamics in an organisation, I communicate clearly the company vision, manage employee moral and inspire them towards a common company objective, guiding them through the change and enabling a smooth organisational transition.
Developing the appropriate change plans, I enable my clients to achieve: control of processes and human resources, standardisation of processes and procedures, process automation, increase in efficiency and productivity, increase in customer satisfaction and reduction in financial risks and costs.

Corporate Development | Drawing from over eighteen years of professional experience as a corporate trainer, I have designed and delivered face-to-face training courses to all levels of the organisation. Have assisted Human Resources with the recruitment process, have evaluated employee training needs and have deployed Corporate Development and Sales Training programmes, enabling employees and managers achieve business goals and reach their full potential.
As a mentor, I provide the framework of tools and techniques to support executives to get unstuck from today’s demanding business environments, complex tasks and frequent changes. Through a practical and individualised development process I help managers build their capability to achieve short- and long-term organisational goals, inspiring them to make behavioural changes that will transform them and their teams by increasing and enhancing their communication between managers, peers and customers. At the same time, I encourage executives and staff to stretch beyond their assumed constraints and align their individual performance with team and organisational objectives.
