About Nigel Smith
Nigel Smith Leads the Accenture UK Talent Resourcing Practice.
Nigel brings more than 10 years of management consulting experience within the areas of Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning and Recruitment. He joined Accenture in 2006, and has developed leading practices and thought leadership in the Talent Management Space. His work within Accenture has been of a global nature and Nigel has worked across all industry sectors, he successfully lead the global process design and related change programme for recruitment and performance management workstreams of the largest HR BPO projects. Prior to joining Accenture, Nigel held a number of positions in leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing companies, Solutions Process Director for Korn Ferry International & Head of Client Technology for Alexander Mann Solutions.
Nigel has a bachelor's degree in Geography from Anglia University.
