Developed internal DR procedures. Implemented third-party recovery systems and full DR testing. Authored the Group IT Disaster Recovery Manual.

Implemented the COINS Document Image Processing module and automated invoice approval across the Group.
Member of the COINS MIS implementation team, which replaced the Group Finance and MIS systems within 4 months.
