Main activities and responsabilities :Commissioning of the industrial robots and deferent type of concrete machinery (vibration tables ,hydraulic stations...),including digital/analog inputs outputs for the Siemens cpu (control computer),instrumentation and control activities for :pressure,flow,temperature,level transmiters,alarm units,Electrical activities like :pulling electrical cables,erection ,network cables(profibus)between the cabinets(master ,slave)pump motors ,electrical motors for motion,checking cables wire by wire,etc..
This position reports directly to the Electrical Manager, from Pedershaab company and is responsible for providing all informations about all works of mounting and testing equipments in the factory.
Hands-on training in ,loop testing.Supervision of cable tray installation ,electrical motors for motion,encoders,cabinets,hidraulic stations,pulling cables,profibus conections beetwen master cpu and slave cpu,and safety systems cpu.
