Nicholas Kassab - Professional Summary:
As a Senior Associate Broker for the commercial real estate firm Capacity Commercial Group, LLC, Nicholas Kassab has been involved in a number of high-profile commercial property sales and also handles leases of commercial and industrial spaces owned by the company. Nicholas Kassab joined Capacity Commercial in 2007 and has since brokered numerous other multi-million-dollar sales of commercial properties. He also handles property leases used for a variety of purposes, including retail space, restaurants, and industrial work. Kassab joined Capacity Commercial after a one-year tenure with Monroe Street Partners, LLC, where he served as the President and Owner.
While running Monroe Street Partners, Nicholas Kassab worked toward a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, which he earned in 2006. He also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the university. Kassab received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oregon.
Now a registered broker in Oregon and Washington, Kassab is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Portland Business Alliance. As a newly licensed broker, he was named the Rookie of the Year by the CAR.
Outside of work, Nicholas Kassab enjoys playing tennis and golf. He is also involved with The First Tee of Greater Portland, a nonprofit organization providing golfing opportunities to underserved children and their families.
