Nazanin Rezvan

Nazanin Rezvan served as a Pharmacist at Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, for a year beginning in 2006. As with the other pharmacy positions she has held in the past, Nazanin Rezvan monitored patients? medications and worked with doctors in filling prescriptions associated with treatment plans. Nazanin Rezvan's duties and areas of expertise included managing order entry, prescription verification, drug utilization review, renal dosing, and vancomycin dosing. Moreover, Nazanin Rezvan observed patients in order to prevent harmful drug reactions, especially anaphylactic reactions.
