I have over 7years experience as Network Engineer.Have successfully held postions such as a LAN Specialist (as well as leading the team for close to 2yrs), Technical Consultant and a Senior Network Engineer. Some of My main contributions to Organisations I have worked for are highlighted below:

• While at T-Mobile, my main contribution was to reduce the network hardware footprint within the Datacenters as well as OPEX and CAPEX cost, I introduced virtualization design methodology into the T-Mobile enterprise environment. Successfully designed and implemented T-Mobiles new EAEIO e-commerce platform based on a virtualized network platform.

• At T-mobile, I successfully designed and implemented a solution to segregate Billing platform (Excalibur) from the Enterprise Network to achieve PCI DSS compliance.

 

• Vodafone, needing to upgrade client Operating Systems on all enterprise desktops across the UK deployed 10 Mobile Deployment Systems (MDS) to house mobile deployment servers. I designed and implemented the network infrastructure within the MDS units to facilitate seamless integration (PnP) and effortless deployment of Windows OS into any VF site.

• While at Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN), successfully designed and implemented Primary and Backup Datacenters networks based on Cisco 6500/4500/3550. Server capacity was +5000.

• In addition to the above, I successfully designed and Project Managed the Structured Cabling System implementation for MTN's Primary and Backup Datacenter. SCS solutions were based on Commscopes SYSTIMAX® GigaSPEED® XL and SYSTIMAX® OptiSPEED® Solutions.
