Montreal, Quebec, resident Natalia Kurant is a dedicated to athletics and sport activities. Natalia Kurant lived to run, jump and compete on the track. The sports field was her oyster and when she later moved to Montreal, her passion burned brighter. Under the tutelage of her husband, she blossomed into an athlete. Today Natalia Kurant is on tracks and looking back on a fulfilling passion for sport with great satisfaction but rues the fact that young people are not drawn to sport in a big way.

Still very much on track with her fitness regime, Natalia still has the gait and build of an athlete.

Married to her friend, now with children, and a full time job - life is hectic.

                                                            

Natalia started an athletic/nutrition training program for young children and coached as well inspired many individuals. She hopes things will change soon for adults as well and they will be inspired to compete in competitions and feel good for themselves.
